1) Product Information:
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, specifications, and any relevant information provided before making your purchase. If you have any questions please contact sokuraiicare@gmail.com .

2)Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any discrepancies or errors in the shipping address are your responsibility.

3)Delivery Timeframe :While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You understand that delivery times are approximate.
*Keep in mind:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.*

4)Pre-order Agreement's: For pre-ordered items, you agree to the estimated release date

5)Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed except for customs, bikinis and underwears. Exchanges for a different variant or product of equal value are allowed.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item on non-holiday themed items i.e Christmas themed items.

Returned items will be refunded through a store credit code (excluding shipping cost). Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange and return. We are a small business so I hope you understand the reasoning behind this. Thank you in advance!

6)Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us sokuraiicare@gmail.com.After this period, cancellations are not accepted however we understand things happen so we may provide an alternative solution so please contact us.

7)Payment: You authorize the payment for the total amount specified in your order.
All transactions will be processed in accordance with the chosen payment method.
