Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Exchanges are allowed except for customs, bikinis and underwears. Exchanges for a different variant or product of equal value are allowed.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item except for holiday themed items i.e Christmas themed items.
Returned items will be refunded through a store credit code (excluding shipping cost).
Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange and return. We are a small business so I hope you understand the reasoning behind this. Thank you in advance!
Can't find your package or you suspect it may be lost/stolen?
Please double check the address you provided at checkout if the address is correct we will gladly create a claim for you with the post office. We got your back and are here to help you every step of the way! Make sure to reach out within 60 days to make sure we can help find a solution!
I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
We ship orders in separate packages depending on the items. Please check your email to see if there are multiple tracking numbers for your order. If you are still unsure please feel free to email us : sokuraiicare@gmail.com or check out our tracking page which shows the items shipped in each package.

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing the order.
I put the wrong address
No worries, we are here to help! If your item hasn't been shipped yet then we will be able to change the adress with no issue. However, if the package was shipped we will do our best to contact the post office for you or provide you with the corresponding contacts to make the request yourself.
