How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow an estimate of 5-7 business days for non pre order item to ship. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Exchanges are allowed except for bikinis and underwears.
Reach out within 14 days of delivery date!
Returns can be made in exchange for a discount code that is equivalent to the cost of the products you are returning, which can be used anytime and do not expire.
Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange and return. We are a small business so I hope you understand the reasoning behind this. Thank you!
Can't find your package or you suspect it may be lost/stolen?
Please double check the address you provided at checkout if the address is correct we will gladly create a claim for you with the post office. We got your back and are here to help you every step of the way! Make sure to reach out within 60 days to make sure we can help find a solution!
I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
We ship orders in separate packages depending on the items. Please check your email to see if there are multiple tracking numbers for your order. If you are still unsure please feel free to email us : sokuraiicare@gmail.com or check out our tracking page which shows the items shipped in each package.
I received the wrong item/ there is a problem with my order

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing the order.

No worries, we are here to help!
If your item hasn't been shipped yet then we will be able to change the adress with no issue. However, if the package was shipped we will do our best to contact the post office for you or provide you with the corresponding contacts to make the request yourself.
